Deep groove ball bearings are mainly used to bear pure radial load, but also can bear both radial load and axial load. When it only bears pure radial load, the contact angle is zero. The friction coefficient of deep groove ball bearings is very small and the ultimate speed is very high. (1) Deep groove ball bearing with dust cover
Standard deep groove ball bearings with dustproof cover have two types: Z type and 2Z type, Z type with dustproof cover on one side and 2Z type with dustproof cover on both sides.
(2) Deep groove ball bearings with sealing rings
Standard deep groove ball bearings with sealed circles have contact sealing bearings RS (one side seal), 2RS (two sides seal) and non-contact sealing bearings RZ (one side seal) and 2RZ (two sides seal).
The performance, grease filling and application of bearings with sealing rings are basically the same as those of bearings with dust cover. The difference is that there is a large gap between the dust cover and the inner ring of bearings with dust cover, but the gap between the seal and the inner ring of non-contact seal ring bearings is very small. There is no gap between the seal and the inner ring of contact seal diagram bearings. The sealing effect is good, but the friction increases.
For low-noise applications, 60 and 62 series of smaller size deep groove ball bearings are commonly used. Whether open type bearings, dustproof cover type bearings or bearing with sealed ring type bearings, low noise and low vibration requirements can be put forward when ordering. (3) Deep groove ball bearings with stop grooves and stop rings
Standard deep groove ball bearings with stop grooves are named as N, bearing with stop grooves and stop rings as NR, in addition to ZN. ZNR and other structural variants.
In addition to bearing with deep groove ball bearing which can bear radial load, bearing with stop groove and stop ring can limit the axial displacement of bearing, simplify the axial structure of bearing seat and reduce the axial size.
Deep groove ball bearings with stop grooves and stop rings are normally used in the working parts of automobiles, tractors, etc. where the axial load is not large.
