(1) The influence of cleanliness on bearing life

Specialized tests have been carried out on Mingwei bearings. In addition, if the cleanliness of lubricating oil is high and the contamination particles are controlled below 10pm, the bearing life will also increase several times.

The special study on the influence of cleanliness on vibration and noise has been carried out by China Bearing Test and Research Center. The results show that cleanliness seriously affects the vibration level of bearings, especially in high frequency band.

(3) The influence of cleanliness on lubrication performance of bearings

The deterioration of bearing cleanliness will not only affect the formation of lubricant film, but also cause deterioration and accelerated aging of lubricant, thus affecting the lubrication performance.
